As a reminder, bikes can now be stored in the bike cage in the 2nd floor parking garage.
Once the gates are restored to the cage, all residents with a bike stored, must register at the front desk to obtain the code for the gate. Once received, this code must not be revealed or released to any other person. Thank you so much.

Dear Luma Members & Residents,
A group of your fellow members and residents have requested that the Board of Directors circulate a petition regarding the marijuana dispensary that has opened South of Luma at 1144 S. Hope St. Please note that participation with this petition is completely voluntary. It is a matter concerning the neighborhood and not an obligation to participate as a member or resident of Luma. · City Attorney: Assistant City Attorney Asha Greenberg has filed lawsuits to shut down other illegal dispensaries. Her phone number is (213) 978-4659, and her email is asha.greenberg@lacity.org. Model letters are available on the ipetition website.
Because one of the concerns related to the dispensary is that it will attract crime to our neighborhood (they are oftentimes burglarized) the South Park Neighborhood Watch group will take up discussion of this at its next meeting on January 31st.
